Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter
With 1200 acres of breathtaking open space and a 10,000 sq. ft. education and museum building, Swaner is a refuge for an abundance of wildlife while offering environmental science education programs for all ages. Basin Recreation Fieldhouse
The Basin Recreation Fieldhouse is an 87,000 square foot modern athletic and fitness center. It is located within the Newpark Town Center. It includes a year-round heated pool, pickleball courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, batting cages, a golf simulator, and a myriad of fitness equipment. The Fieldhouse also offers yoga and fitness classes. It makes an ideal host for special events as it offers more than 42,000 square feet in available event space.

Fly Fishing
The Provo River, less than a 30 minute drive from the Newpark Town Center, offers some of the most scenic fly fishing in the world. The river is classified as a blue ribbon trout fishery. Brown and rainbow trout are prevalent in the Provo, with many fish running 18 inches or bigger. In some areas the Provo offers 3,000 or more trout per mile. As a result, the pristine waters of the Provo River provide a memorable experience for the experienced angler as well as beginners.
In addition, numerous blue ribbon streams wind their way throughout the Park City area, including East Canyon Creek and Spring Creek, both within easy walking distance of Newpark Town Center.

Utah Olympic Park
The Utah Olympic Park is a winter sports park built for the 2002 Winter Olympics, and is located less than a mile from the Newpark Town Center. During the 2002 games the park hosted the bobsleigh, skeleton, luge, ski jumping, and Nordic combined events. It still serves a training center for Olympic and development level athletes. Other facilities in addition to the ski jumps and bobsled track located on site include a 2002 Winter Olympics and Ski Museum, summer aerial training splash pool, ziplines, and a mountain coaster.
Biking and Hiking

There are 136 holes of public golf just minutes from Newpark Town Center.
Newpark Amphitheater and Plaza
Newpark Amphitheater is located in the heart of Newpark Town Center and is surrounded by several restaurants, retail shops, and the Swaner Nature Preserve. It’s home to a Concert Series every summer, (except 2020 due to construction) and works equally well as the backdrop for special events, including weddings and family reunions.
