Newpark Condominiums is a 69-unit, condominium complex located above first-level amenities and retail space. Each condominium features a private deck with a hot tub and panoramic views of the Swaner Nature Preserve, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons Village and The Utah Olympic Park.
