Newpark Studios

Newpark Studios is a three-story, apartment building with 38 studio rental units, ranging from 395 to 448 square feet. Each studio apartment features a private bathroom, walk-in closet, full kitchen, custom bed with drawers and shelving, personal storage closet and radiant heat.  More than half of the units have a private, outdoor patio or deck. Newpark Studios is an affordable housing property and tenants must meet income requirements set by the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program in order to qualify for residency.
