The bulk of Ascent’s portfolio is located in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Phoenix/Tempe, and Dallas.
Dean Benjamin and John Porges founded Ascent following careers in law, investment banking and real estate development. They believe in the power of community and seek to establish long and enduring relationships with our partners and tenants.
